1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Clipop AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Clipop AI is an AI-powered video processing platform that allows users to transform long-form videos into short highlight clips. The Platform provides tools for video analysis, clip generation, and content export.

3. User Responsibilities and Content Authorization

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that you have the legal right and authorization to process any video content through the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

You must own the video content or have explicit written authorization from the content owner before processing it.
You MUST NOT use video links or video files that belong to others without their explicit permission.
You MUST NOT process unauthorized long videos or use unauthorized long video links to generate short clips.
Processing videos that you do not own or are not authorized to use constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4. Platform Disclaimer of Liability

THE PLATFORM BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY for any copyright infringement, intellectual property violations, or legal disputes arising from users processing videos they do not own or are not authorized to use. Specifically:

If a user clips someone else's long video or inputs someone else's long video link, the Platform is NOT liable for any resulting legal consequences.
All responsibility for copyright compliance rests entirely with the user who initiated the processing.
The Platform acts solely as a tool provider and does not verify ownership or authorization of submitted content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

Using the Platform to process any video content you do not own or are not authorized to use.
Using unauthorized video links (including but not limited to YouTube, Bilibili, or other platform links) to generate clips.
Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Attempting to circumvent any content protection or digital rights management mechanisms.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining credits, and potential legal action by affected third parties. The Platform reserves the right to report violations to relevant authorities.

7. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-transferable and expire according to your subscription plan's reset schedule (daily for free plans, monthly for paid plans). Our own refund and cancellation policy is set out in Section 13 below and applies in addition to any terms of the merchant of record that processes your payment.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

All content you upload, generate, or publish through Clipop AI must comply with these content standards. The following six categories of content are strictly prohibited:

Pornography / NSFW — nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material.
Violence / Gore — graphic violence, blood, gore, or content that glorifies or instructs on harming people or animals.
Hate Speech — content that promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
Child Safety / CSAM — any sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited. We have zero tolerance and report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities.
Deepfakes / Impersonation — synthetic or manipulated media that impersonates a real person without consent, or that is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead.
Copyright / Trademark Infringement — content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or that you are not authorized to use.

11. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on the Platform violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it to us:

In-app: use the "Feedback" entry in the top bar, or submit the report form at https://tally.so/r/5BMYVb.
Please include the content link or ID, a description of the issue, and your contact details so we can follow up.

12. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We review user-generated content to keep the Platform safe and lawful. Our moderation process includes:

Automated screening and manual review of reports and flagged content.
Removal of violating content and suspension or termination of the responsible accounts.
Forfeiture of remaining credits and, where required by law, reporting to law enforcement (including for CSAM).
Appeals: if you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support@clipop.ai and we will review your case.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

This section states Clipop AI's own refund and cancellation policy. It applies in addition to (and does not replace) the terms of the third-party merchant of record that processes your payment. Our policy is as follows:

Cancelling a subscription: you may cancel at any time from your billing page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access to your paid plan and its remaining credits until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including for partial billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period.
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once any credits from that purchase have been consumed. Unused credit purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.
Already-consumed credits and completed processing runs are non-refundable, because the underlying compute and third-party model costs have already been incurred.
Service failure: if a processing job fails due to a platform error, the affected credits are automatically refunded to your account and you may retry at no charge.
How to request a refund: email aiven666666@gmail.com with your account email, the order or transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We will review your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the merchant of record.

14. Third-Party Platform Links and Original Remixing

The Platform lets you paste a link to a video on a third-party platform (for example, TikTok) so we can analyze its publicly available structure. When you do, the following applies:

We only read public metadata through the third-party platform's official oEmbed interface (such as the video title, author name, author URL, and thumbnail). We do not download, copy, store, re-host, watermark-strip, or proxy the underlying video or audio.
Any video you generate from a link is an original work created from scratch around the topic and structure. You must not use it to reproduce, mirror, or republish the source video, its footage, or its audio.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any link you submit, and for reviewing your output before publishing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse third-party links or infringe the rights of others.
