By accessing and using Clipop AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Clipop AI is an AI-powered video processing platform that allows users to transform long-form videos into short highlight clips. The Platform provides tools for video analysis, clip generation, and content export.

3. User Responsibilities and Content Authorization

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that you have the legal right and authorization to process any video content through the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • You must own the video content or have explicit written authorization from the content owner before processing it.
  • You MUST NOT use video links or video files that belong to others without their explicit permission.
  • You MUST NOT process unauthorized long videos or use unauthorized long video links to generate short clips.
  • Processing videos that you do not own or are not authorized to use constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4. Platform Disclaimer of Liability

THE PLATFORM BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY for any copyright infringement, intellectual property violations, or legal disputes arising from users processing videos they do not own or are not authorized to use. Specifically:

  • If a user clips someone else's long video or inputs someone else's long video link, the Platform is NOT liable for any resulting legal consequences.
  • All responsibility for copyright compliance rests entirely with the user who initiated the processing.
  • The Platform acts solely as a tool provider and does not verify ownership or authorization of submitted content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the Platform to process any video content you do not own or are not authorized to use.
  • Using unauthorized video links (including but not limited to YouTube, Bilibili, or other platform links) to generate clips.
  • Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempting to circumvent any content protection or digital rights management mechanisms.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining credits, and potential legal action by affected third parties. The Platform reserves the right to report violations to relevant authorities.

7. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-transferable and expire according to your subscription plan's daily reset schedule. Refund policies are governed by the applicable payment provider's terms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
