We collect: (a) account data you provide directly, such as your name, email address, hashed password, and profile information; (b) content you submit, such as video links, uploaded video or audio files, and prompts you process through the Platform; (c) usage data, such as videos processed, clips generated, and features used; and (d) technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
We use your information to: provide, operate, and improve the Platform; process your videos and generate clips; handle payments, credits, and subscriptions; send service, security, and billing notifications; respond to your requests and provide support; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We apply access controls, least-privilege permissions, and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using appropriate safeguards.
We share data with third-party providers only as needed to operate the Platform, including: authentication (Google OAuth); payment processing and billing (our merchant-of-record providers); cloud hosting and storage; and the AI model providers that generate highlights, scripts, voiceovers, and digital-human videos (see Section 11). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and are only permitted to use it to deliver services to us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language and theme), and understand how the Platform is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working.
Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. Section 14 below describes these rights in detail and how to exercise them.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded source videos are not kept longer than necessary to process them. Generated clips, transcripts, and credit or transaction records are retained according to your plan and applicable law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is legally required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page, revise the "Last Updated" date, and notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Platform you requested); legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and promote the Platform, balanced against your rights); consent (for cookies and optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
To generate highlights, transcripts, titles, voiceovers, and digital-human videos, the relevant video or audio content and text prompts may be sent to third-party AI model providers, such as large language models and text-to-speech or video-generation models. These providers process the content only to return a result to us and are not authorized by us to use it for other purposes. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell your personal data.
We may process and store your information in countries other than yours, including where our service providers operate. When we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and take steps to ensure your data remains protected.
The Platform is not directed to children, and you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at aiven666666@gmail.com and we will delete it.

If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities without undue delay as required by applicable law, and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information, and any acquiring entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy or one providing equivalent protection.
